Dear Bill, Just want you to know how pleased I am with the work that was done on my car. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated. So are the extras, like touching up paint chips, providing me touch-up paint for future use, lubricating the hinges on all of the doors. I take pride in keeping my car clean and well maintained. It's obvious that you and your employees treated the car with care. Most importantly, the car looks great and functions properly. Everything was put back together beautifully, and the paint work is excellent. The average person would never know the car had been damaged. I look forward to using my Volvo for many years to come and trust your quality workmanship will stand the test of time. A special thank you to your brother and any others who worked on it. Although the repairs took longer than I expected, it was well worth the wait. Please know that I will happily recommend Denya's Auto Body to anyone who asks for a referral.
